Shipping policy

All orders are usually dispatched from our Tullamarine (Melbourne) warehouse within 24 hours of payment received. If an order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday it will be dispatched the next working day.

Items are sent with Australia Post, Direct Freight Express. With courier services items are sent with authority to leave in a safe place determined by the driver to speed up deliveries and collection from depots. Items sent with Australia post can be collected from your local post office. Please contact us if you need further information on delivery or need help tracking an item.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@giftplayground.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
